Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Style Travel Vietnam. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are valid at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
1. Rate
Tour prices are valid till December 2012, nett and quoted in American dollar per person.

3. Deposit
Deposit payment can be settled by telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are 25% of the booking total is required at booking. (If the total amount is less than US$500, a 50% deposit will apply.)
4. Cancellation and Refund
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email or fax. If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
+ More than 15 days before arrival. No cancellation charge. Deposit is fully refunded but is subject to US$ 20 for administration fees, bank service charge or other cost necessary to put the refunding process forward.
+ 7 - 14 days before arrival: 50% on total charge
+ 1 - 6 days before arrival: 100% on total charge
+ No Show: 100% on total charge
If the boat cannot sails due to the weather condition, we will refund 100%.
5. Final Payment
Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our office or submitted online 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
6. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
7. Voucher
Voucher will be issued by Style Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
8. Liability and Insurance
Style Travel Vietnam is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers.
Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
9. Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
